Statement of finacial guarantee and a copy of bank account of the guarantor (from applicant’s home country)
Copy of valid passport (Min. 16 months validity)
Statement that applicant will obey all regulations of the Indonesian Government during staying in Indonesia
Recent color photos (3×4 cm), (4×6) 9 copies each, and (2×3) 5 copies (all in red background)
Health certificate
Recommendation of the Embassy or Consulate of Indonesia in applicant’s home country
